Garden Of Dreams

by David Lamberti   Oct 19, 2006

A garden beyond paradise . . . beyond a land like no other . . .
a seed is blown . . . through strong winds and heavy rains . . .
this seed is still . . . rested.
A flower among no other grows . . . a flower of brightness . . .
different than all the others . . .
not knowing how rare . . . how special . . .
how unique . . . this flower grows.

Nurtured through time,
this flower becomes the most beautiful of all
throughout the garden . . .
and yet through strong winds and heavy rains . . .
weather beyond no other . . . this flower still grows

When you are close . . . I stand still in this garden.
When you are near . . . I sense your smell.
When I see you . . . I see a beauty like know other.
When I touch you . . . I feel the smoothness of your petals.
When I lie next to you . . . I sleep like never before.
So I feel know other has it as I do . . . waking from this dream . . .

I see it is you.
