Don\'t always come home

by AwakeInDreamin   Oct 20, 2006

When i was a little girl,
i fit the name daddy's girl,
From the age one to nine,
you were my hero and that was fine,
Now i can barely look back,
even if I'm just trying to re track,
You messed up my life,
and made me re think my choices in life,
you told me I'd alway shine in your eyes,
but i guess that was a total bunch of lies
i use to be asked what do you know about parents?'
I'd answer they always come home
but you never came back,
and you call yourself a father.
