You and Me

As we spoke and kissed in our dreams,
life felt so beautiful, its hard to explain it seems.
So I do my best and remember the good.
Then I remember when I wake its all a dream, the tears I will shed will cause a flood.

Youre my dream man and my angel an ever lasting light.
Youre my king, my soul mate, I surrender the night.
The stars are my gift to brighten the sky.
A match made in heaven just you and I.

When stars are now fading in comes the bad.
But I remember the moments that you and I have had.
Time will destroy the bad and stars shine again.
The sun will part the clouds and stop heavy rain.

Life will be fuller when you come back to me.
As strong as a bull, and as wise as an old oak tree.
My energy is back and I feel like a star.
Shining so bright, but the sun shine you are.

So now I feel good, as the rain starts to ease.
You have returned to me for not it all seems.
This is no dream, and for that I am pleased.
Time has no meaning its all seemed to freeze.

I dont see nothing, just you and me.
I have waited a life time so I beg on my knee.
Please stay with me, I see in your eyes.
The love you are giving makes time fly.

We will be together for an eternity in time.
