It was before, when everything was perfect
In my first real relationship
Something I knew I would never regret
You were not like other girls

After a while things started to change
It was strange, I always thought it would be like this forever

But like everything else, I thought wrong

At times it feels like you don't even love me
I try to do the best i can just to say i love you
I stood up for you so many times
Try to impress you by dressing up nice
Got in fights just for defending you
All of these things i do just for you
I try and try and try
But in the end, it will never be perfect enough for you to love me like you used to

Now my head is in the clouds, thinking...
Thinking if you feel the same way I do
Emotions change, like the wind
Wind always changes the direction where it's blowing
Now It's like all sides attacking me at once
