All the laughs and giggles
because of late might snacks
made us stay up all night with the wiggles.
We'd stay up dancing till 2
but now we are apart
What shall I do?
Sure you had a girlfriend when I said "I love you"
but you loved me more
you said it wouldn't work because we were best friends, but that I knew.
I didn't care, I wanted to take a chance
now I would give anything,
anything at all for one last dance.
Now we are far away
but I still pick up the phone
to call you everyday.
But then I realize
every thing is lost
and decades will pass till I look in your eyes.
my heart races like light
I used to be brave until you,
now we are alone and apart and I'm full of fright.
I'm afraid to love again
because I was hurt loving you
now every time we get off the phone I'm sad.
not because the conversation is over
because you said "I love you"
but yet my heart feels like it has been run over by a bulldozer.
All the tears I have cried over you
could fill the Pacific Ocean
I won't cry anymore, not about losing you.
But I will try to win back your heart
and all your love and affection
lets just pray through the process I won't fall apart again.
