Loving You In Silence

by Poison Ivy   Oct 25, 2006

Loving you in silence,
Has been the toughest thing in my life,
To watch from afar,
How another embraces you in their arms,

Knowing that I may never,
Hold you the way she does,
Kiss you on the cheek,
Or call you my love,

As I cry myself to sleep,
She'll be laying next to you,
Enjoying the warmth of your body,
Being able to see you fall asleep too,

I wonder if she knows about me?
I wonder if she knows what we both have done?
I wonder if I told her?
Could she accept the fact that she isn't you're only one?

Why do I have the feeling?
That she knows who I am,
Maybe to her it really doesn't matter,
Because she gets to hold you at the end,

I'll continue to love you in silence,
Even though it's driving me insane,
I rather have a small piece of your world,
Than have no part of it at all.
