My silence may be deadly,
But youve already killed me.
Im like a cigarette filter,
You burned me, and as time goes by I just keep getting darker.
You never gave me all of you,
you gave half to him, but we dont talk about that.
So Im left in silence because thats all I think about.
What happened?
You used to be the fire that burned within me,
now youre just the ashes that weigh me down,
and turn everything inside me dark & gray.
I dont show you my feelings
because the only feeling I feel is anger.
And though you do that to me,
I put you above that.
Its not about me grabbing on,
Its about you letting go....
