Fade

With you on my mind and consuming my heart,
Pain was a cost which known from the start,
A seperate life meant for me and you,
This pain and these tears and yet we both knew,
The love would not last i'm surprised at the length,
Of time we were one amazed at the strength,
Along comes a path distracting my course,
Which i end our love and then with remorse,
Regret my words and my actions although,
Along comes another and then overthrows,
All my regrets and decisions made,
My love for you then begins to fade........
