Jealousy

by ForbiddenDreams   Oct 29, 2006

I feel the liquid drowning my voice box
During the moment she vows to enthrall him
I am the chosen to view this conspiracy
Her attempt to rob the remote to his reason
Try to discern the fiery motive
But the florid wisps sting my eyes
Scorches my throat as I become mute
Before I denounce this vice
Oh.
It's the secret word
The entity no one wants to admit
Friendships end and wars begin
At the spoken immortality of the phrase
I want to thrust my evidence
To his dead blue eyes
But of course as always before
She enthralled his will
But of course as always before
My heart halts once again
