Listen to the ocean,
Listen to the tide,
Listen for the unsaid words,
I'm trying so hard to hide.

Listen to the birds,
Listen to the wind,
Listen for my broken heart,
I'm trying so hard to mend

Listen to the silence,
Listen to the rain,
Listen for tears I cry,
The ones I utter in pain

Listen to your heart,
Listen to your mind,
Listen to the words I speak,
It's your heart I'm trying to find.

Listen to whispers,
Listen to the screams,
Listen to the songs,
That have been sung in your dreams

Oh please,
Just listen to me.
