Aww, cute poem! In the last line, I think you mean "meet" not "met". Also, this line: "And when I'm not" in the fifth stanza doesn't fit, the flow is off... I would suggest changing it to something else... Other than that, wonderful job!

The only thing that threw me off was the 5-lined stanza at the end. All the previous stanza's are four lines long, so this was a little awkward since it was longer.
