To be or not to be

by tomuchhurt   Nov 5, 2006

*I wrote this for my english class, we had to translate shakeperes poem into our own voice, so heres mine.*

To be or not to be,
Its not a question anymore.
You made my mind suffer,
My tears poor.

You shot at my heart with slings and arrows,
My tears made a sea of troubles.
Trying to end them,
Cant sleep.

No more fears,
Just heartache and shock.
You consumed my heart,
You were my flesh.

I still wish to die,
To sleep,
To wake up with you,
To dream about you.

But thats the problem,
Your not mine anymore.
And id rather die,
then have those dreams about you come.

When we have died,
Give a pause,
Think of me.
You missed the calamity of my long life,
Without you.
