Heaven's Above

by [[●DareYouToMove●]]   Mar 19, 2004

As the cold wind blows,
Her hair into a mess,
She walks down the road,
Feeling more and more less.

She starts to think,
What her best friend said.
"Go right ahead,
I wouldn't care if you were dead"

As she passes her school,
She thinks "No more homework for me!",
No more stupid little kids,
Running around me.

She starts to think,
What her ex said.
"Just get over it",
Let it blow over your head.

She looks up at the stars and says,
"How many times I wished upon you!",
Wishes of happiness and laughter,
Love too.

As she nears her destination point,
She closes her eyes.
Thinking of what's all happened,
As she begins to cry.

So many tears,
Run down her pale face.
As the fall on the ground,
Gone without a trace.

She comes to the bridge,
All big and dark.
Soon she'll be gone,
Without leaving a mark.

She climbs over the rails,
Looking down into the water.
Soon she'll be in it,
The deep dark water.

The wind slightly picks up,
As she screams to the city.
"I STILL LOVE YOU!!"
Such a pity.

And as for her friend,
Who betrayed and hurt her deep,
"When I die,
She won't weep".

As she jumps into the air,
She hears a person cry,
"I STILL LOVE YOU TOO!!",
She thought what a lie.

But with the last few seconds she had,
She twists to see who it was.
It was her ex boyfriend.
Then she knew what it was.

But it was too late,
As she fell to her death.
Gasping for just,
One last breath.

She screamed to him,
"Never forget me",
As she fell down-wards,
Into the sea.

I died that night,
All because of you.
Now there's only a spirit left,
Because of what you said to.

Maybe next time you'll think,
Of what you say to the ones you love.
Coz maybe they will act like me,
Go to the heavens above.
