Just one more kiss

by Brittany Maire Walker   Nov 7, 2006

You give me a hug and tell me to be strong.
You say, Even though we are no longer together
friendship will stay long.
You wipe my tears away and tell me not to cry.
But I do,
Because we have to say goodbye.
I'm not ready to let you go,
I'm not ready to not be able to say I LOVE YOU.
I'd give everything just to have you for one more day.

Before I leave I ask a favor of you.
Look at me,
What do you see?
Do you even remember how it used to be?
The way you held me, the way we kissed.
Tell me, is it something you miss?
Tell me you want me to wait,
Beg me to stay with you.
Because with you, I know I'll always be OK.

That favor it seems, is to much to ask.
So I'll just ask you to do one more task.
Look me in the eyes, and give me one last kiss.
So I can feel the last of this heavenly bliss.
ill kiss you with my eyes closed so tight.
My heart filled with love, filled with delight.
A kiss so soft, so sweet, and so true.
When your lips touched mine, I could feel my life slipping away.
Because I feel I will never have you for another day.

Words left unspoken, my heart so bent and broken,
I turn to to go to walk away.
As I go to wards My house
I look back at you seeing you Drive a way
Tears streaming down my face,
maybe we'll be together in time.
and we can feel the love we shared.
Because with you, there is only one love
that is True love!!
I love you Ryan
