The story of a girl

by Mimi   Nov 8, 2006

There once was a girl full of joy and glee.
She was sensible and moved precautiously.
She went to 6th grade not knowing what's in store
And she was betrayed and not loved anymore.

She moved on and got stronger with each lonely day
Even though unsolved problems were still at bay.
Then she meet a boy with big gorgeous eyes
who was more special than the other guys.

He restored happiness in this girl's heart.
She prayed that they would never grow apart.
He showed her hope and faith were still around
and there were many good friends still to be found.

Indeed she made friends who would have her back
Cheerful again, there was nothing she lacked
Except that one guy who gave her some hope,
Who made her start thinking, and stoped her mope.

Though she tried very hard, his heart was bound
To some other girl that he had found.
But they still talked and her love had no end.
It was better than nothing to be his friend.

The summer of high school finally came
and she hoped that now, he might feel the same.
But fate was against her, she was forced to move
There was nothing else she could do to prove

That she needed to stay with her friends and with him.
Her future looked very dreary and grim.
She cried and she begged but it was no use.
No matter what she said there would be no truce.

Though it was dreaded, she said her goodbyes.
When she came to him she was aprised
that he really did love her, but it was too late.
If she could have stayed it would have been great.

Even though they weren't together
Knowing he loved her made life so much better.
So she made it through and kept in touch
but even so that wasn't much.

In less than a year she got wind of a plan
To move back to that city therefore she ran
to find all of the houses for sale over there.
Then went and said a very long prayer.

She prayed it would work so she'd reunite
With all of her friends and it would feel right
To be with the one she loved with all her might.
And maybe, just maybe he could be her knight
