I can see why you'd leave,
i probably would have to,
my love though pure,
was consumed by something more.

i was the picture perfect Barbie,
with the cute little smile,
but deep in my heart,
was my cheerleading style.

i didn't have time for our love,
practice consumed my thoughts,
i loved you very much,
but i guess it was not enough.

it kills me to say this,
but I'm almost sure it is right,
i need to break this off,
and let you move on.
