Best Friends

by Hayley Bird   Nov 16, 2006

Time goes by, but our memories never fade
I'll never forget our time together or the promises that we made.

Running away from chickens, and running into walls
People say we've done a lot of things, but I say we've done it all.

Swimming in the washer is something that will always make me smile
You make this friendship worth the ride, and the memories make it worthwhile.

Falling out of cars, and laying on the ground
This is definately the best friendship that I think I've ever found.

Eating tons of cheese fries and ending up in pain
Yelling at everyone around me because I had to strain...

Me screwing up our coffee, and making you mad
I think the times with you are the best I've ever had.

Playing in your pool, and talking to the floats
Sitting on top of them, pretending that they're boats.

Dancing and singing to all the best songs
Getting upset when we'd do something wrong.

I honestly couldnt ask for anything more
than to have a best friend like you to love and adore.
