Letting go of reality

by tinna   Nov 20, 2006

Kiss me now,
before fantasy leaves us,
and the stars forget to bow,

Hold me close,
before summer ends
and dead will be the they rose,

Touch me deep,
without wondering when this will end,
and I will wake up and weep,

Lie down and sleep,
before nightmares come,
and monsters scary will creep,

Dance with me,
before the music ends
and all is quiet but one key,

Forget you're fears,
before reality strikes,
and all has left but tears,

Whisper in my ear,
before I leave, so I can hear,
and wake up next to you my dear.
