HER

by Danielle   Nov 22, 2006

I've seen the way she looks at you,

And I see you looking at her too.

Torn to pieces, her heart broken,

Love confessions left unspoken.

She doesn't realize it yet,

Since you two just met.

But it's obvious to everyone,

The feeling of love has won.

You're always telling her about,

The girl you wanna ask out.

And secretly, she's envious,

Of this girl who remains anonymous.

But if only she knew,

How much she means to you.

Then maybe she'd see,

That you two are meant to be.

I see you watching her,

Your feelings starting to stir.

While she glances back at you,

With her smile askew.

But you were a player,

And she didn't trust you with her.

So to keep your head up high,

You went and made her cry.

Playing with other girls' hearts,

You tore hers' apart.

How could you not see?

She'd been falling for you secretly.
