I see you

by xXLost in the Nightmare of LifeXx   Nov 22, 2006

I see you.
You see me.
We share a glance.
Our lives seperated by a wall.
A smile is seen before we are rushed away.

I see you.
You see me.
A secret meeting under the stars.
A quick chat. A quick kiss before we must part.

I see you.
You see me.
We stare at each other as we each mutter "I do."
A laugh is shared. A smile next. Then a kiss.

I see you.
You see me.
A few more years down the road.
A smile is shared before two little girls rush up.

I see you.
You see me.
We are old now and lay together on a soft bed.
Before we leave this world, three small words are uttered.

I see you.
You see me.
Younger than before, a light engulfs us.
Hand in hand, we enter heaven, sharing our first smile.
