Blue eyes, blonde hair,
a rusty old halo..
Tainted dress, broken wings,
golden harp turned yellow..

Heavy sighs, deep cuts,
wounded and hollow..
Dripping blood, bleeding heart,
tears so shallow..

No more choir songs,
'coz tonight she cries..
For behind heaven's gate,
she said her goodbyes..

Smothered in pain,
she lies in the ground..
Buried in silence,
nobody's around..

Alone in the darkness,
she reaches out her hand..
Seeing other angels flying,
obeying God's command..

But broken wings can't fly,
she's lost her worth..
Banned from the heavens,
an angel stuck on earth..
