Ginsing Tea man

by Jesus Joe   Nov 26, 2006

The Gin sing tea man tells me I should cool my wheels
He pats me on the shoulder and says he knows just how it feels
So I look into his eyes
And I see he tells no lies
But theres something really odd about that gin sing tea man

He sits there in his calmness with a tea cup in his hands
he talks so very slow so you know what he demands
He strokes his beard in thought and he laughs his deep old laugh
but theres something really odd about that gin sing tea man.

he commands a ship of none thinking that he is too old
He smiles very fondly at his son who is too bold
he honors the great spirits in their greatness in their grand
He's traveled to and fro he's traveled all across the land
He makes me laugh so freely and he makes me think so hard
But theres something really odd about that gin sing tea man

In the years I've known him he was a man so grand
he was strong with in his words with out a faltering demand
But at the moment he is befuddled with the position in which hes in
But I'm staring at the ground trying to suppress my grin
He takes int he whole setting and he curses under his breath
he just suddenly realized that he has made his death
So I smile at him Coyly and I clap my hands in glee
Theres something very odd about that gin sing tea man
But he's just like you and me.
