Inside me

Into the darkness of this twisted mind
My true self I seek to find
In the darkness I navigate this maze of emotions
What seem bigger then the four oceans
The fear rises in a tingle down my spine
I hear something creeping up behind
I'm paralyzed in fear, sweat trickles down my brow
I have to escape some how
I glance around and all I see,
Is the scattered emotions trapped inside me
I search for the light that I cannot see
What is happening inside me?
