Dying Love

by Tina   Dec 12, 2006

White lights all around me,
All eyes that stare.
Mummers of voices fill my surroundings,
Like no one cares.

This heart is cold,
Beats fast with desire.
A love that grows old,
In the receding hours.

This time goes by slowly,
With each beat my heart dies.
The love that surrounds me,
Can’t slow my dying time.

As lights fade around me,
All senses go cold,
The end is now nearing,
Dying, this love that we hold.
It can’t survive this time,
No matter how hard we try.
I love you my darling,
This IS my final goodbye.
