Lullabies (Sedoka)

by Virna Estella   Dec 12, 2006

Oh, voice of sorrow
Singing gentle melodies,
Trembling in cold and sadness.

A heart so lonesome,
Stinging with every beat,
Humming chapters of love lost.

Hurting lullabies
of an old woman's regret,
Sung with tears and nostalgia.
