They were wrong

by kelly   Dec 16, 2006

Every accusation, every cheap and twisted lie
they were wrong through all the madness
you truly were my guy

they knew nothing of your kindness
or your sweet and honest ways
they tried so hard to tear us apart
but its with you i want to stay

all of their false judgements
i have only pity for their pleas
for we\\\'re the ones who stood the test while they fell to their knees

Pretty good job. I would suggest more structure in your stanzas...like if you want every two lines to rhyme, break it up like that, or every 4 diddo. So anyhoo...
