Fall.

by Akasha   Dec 17, 2006

Raindrops as they're falling tell a story.
Splashing onto a dead leaf...
stripped of all it's memories.
Leaving her life-long companion bare and exposed
waiting to bloom again.

The children of the trees have moved on...
into anyother realm.
Leaving the humans wrapped up in a cotton blanket.
Cupping a steaming mug of tea, with a face lit by the crackling fire.
