This house

by ivan070   Dec 18, 2006

In this house,
The place I once call home;
Where I build my dreams upon;
Deserted in a state of neglect;
And occupied by solitude;
The ghost of our separation
Haunts me once again;
I see in these empty walls;
And the dark corridors;
The memoir of our yester years;
And the once beautiful past;

I see little traces
Of long lost happiness;
There were good times;
But separate ways was our choice;
Our laughter and tears;
Are now all gone;
And I had only regrets
To accompany me...
