Middle School Love

Wanting a boyfriend
Almost as much as wanting to fit in
Getting a boyfriend
But using him is a sin

He tells me he loves me so
I tell him I love him back
Hoping my feelings will grow

But as time goes on it doesnt work that way
Its either take it or leave it
Either way I cant stay

I dont believe in middle school love
One day they are deeply in love
The next day they are giving each other a good shove.

Lying to get out of it
But he is fighting more than Ill admit

For a minute I think he really does love me
But the next second clears my mind so I can see
Middle school love is not mean to be

    Thats so sad! I I think young love can be though. When starting going out with my bf I wasnt sure I loved him, found him attractive yeah...but love? Now I kno I love him more than anything in the world, and after all we've been though I kno we'll last forever. Keep your head up high, it WILL get better. :)
