There was a boy
who was always there for me
he came when i cried
and when i wasn't happy

he said he would love me forever
but all he said was a lie
i guess forever isn't long
cuz it wasn't long til his love for me died

he knew how much i loved him
and how much he meant to me
but in the past couple weeks
his feelings for me are not what they used to be

i guess he wasn't the one
but for a while i thought he was
i still have feelings for him
but i guess this relationship wasn't for us
