Wow, this is definitely a great poem hun and it is so true. Poetry can only capture the part of life that can be described with words, and the rest . . . nothing can be done. There are parts of life, mainly the best ones, that can't be captured. I guess that is why one must live every moment to the fullest, because it is those good memories that sustain us through the bad. Though your last line is also true, "Know loneliness eclipses all." That's the beauty of life, isn't it. That is the whole battle, pesimism vs. optimism, lol. Don't worry, I often loose that battle too. Anyway, a wonderful poem. I will have to read some more of your work, and if it is all as good as this, well, you just earned a place on my favorites list. Nice job.

Feelings held when face to face
Two hearts beating skin to skin
As passions fan the fire within
Eyes and lips light gaze to blaze
These can't be captured on a page
