The Other Woman

by Elle Chambers   Jan 9, 2007

On my own
Thinking, thinking,
So many thoughts
Jumbling around with questions.
I am waiting again,
Waiting for your call
And when it comes
My thoughts will change
Excitement takes over,
I want to please you,
To love you and hold you close,
The decisions I made
Go to the back of my mind
Until the next time....when
On my own
I\'ll be thinking
So many thoughts again.
I can\'t go on like this,
It has to be resolved,
But how can we sort this out?
This love that is driving us crazy
These long lonely hours
Just waiting and waiting
And looking at my watch
And feeling sad as the hours tick by
My hopes fading with the daylight.
