What did i do
to have someone like you
right by my side
just when i had found out everyone else was just a lie.
you don't know how thankful i am
to have you as my friend
i don't know what i would do
if you weren't here to help me through
all the crap with you know who.
i never thought of talking to you,
much less kick it with you
but i guess we never know what's in store for us
and things never happen just because.
i've had many "friends"
but they've all turned out to be pretends
i'm just hoping you're not the same
and that you won't be playing a little game.
please don't let me down,
i'll try my best to not make you frown
'cause i know how it feels,
and all i say is for reals.
