GONE

by Eva harmon   Jan 13, 2007

It was like a movie
He was a jock and I was a cheerleader
We grew up down the street
We were inseparable
Bonded to the hip

It was a week before graduation
We were going to get married
Till that awful night

It was a dark stormy night
You were going to fast
I guess you took the corner to sharp
The doctors said that they did everything they could
But you were gone

My picture perfect movie
Has just became a horror film

I dressed up in all black to put you to rest
I can't help but blame my self
Only if I was there with you I could have stopped you from taking that hit
You pushed me off you and told me you hated me
I left

The guys said you came after me
But you were to gone to even walk strait

So today I put you to sleep with your family here
I loved you so much I tried but I guess it wasn't good enough for you
