I looked into your eyes
that late, cold, winter night
i realised you were the one
i let you hold me without a fight

i fell madly in love
you cured my pain
you were a gift from above
i know i`m not insane

you`ve made me a better person
inside and out
i have respect for myself
that`s true without a doubt

    I like this poem it reminds me of a poem i wrote called daylight. anyways nice job shanik
