First kiss

by rebecca   Feb 1, 2007

You hung out with me almost every evening
And to me it had a lot of meaning
Youâ??re the type of boy for which I should never fall
But I did because of something as simple as a little call
You got me hoping for your company
Our flirting coming so naturally
Talking at all hours of the night
Never getting bored or having a fight
We skipped school
Both mad at the same dumb fool
It started out as just a normal thing
But ended up being more then just a fling
I was so scared that they would see
Your girl was supposedly best friends with me
I wanted to do those things with you
But I also wanted to be with you too
You reassured me that yall were done
So I continued with all the fun
The day was done
But the night was young
You pulled me close to your side
It was so perfect I couldnâ??t hide
Your whisper soft on my lips
Sending chills all down my fingertips
And then your kiss
I knew Iâ??d never forget this
You brought butterflies to my stomach that night
I never knew something so wrong could ever feel so right
It was the perfect first kiss
Something I will always miss
