Ocean of romance

by Molly   Feb 2, 2007

From the stares of the deep romantic ocean
Somewhere Id never swim again in life
The deeper you get, the less you can say for yourself
As the pressure hits your head, you fall you drown

I cant really complain because the waves were fun
For every little thing that made you stomach sail
You couldnt deny its such a glory
But youd never find the rescue when the storm rose

After a while of this fun, you notice its boring
Same old waves every day for the while you came
But you couldnt complain with a mouth full
As your sour salt fills that tongue of yours

I like my romance as shallow as the shore
Where the weaker of us tend to swim
Everyone notices we are there, but no one says a thing
No matter how happy we are, its not the same

It doesnt matter where ever we end up
Our romantic ocean is just so boring
Our complete love is just so boring now
I dont want it back, its not worth it

It doesnt matter what ocean of people you divide
You were always different to me
Somehow you made me see what I already saw
And you were as fun as they are going to be
