Christmas

by Frank Welter   Feb 2, 2007

I come around once a year
On a sleigh pulled by deer
Bringing presents for the kids
Made by elves, proud of the work they did

The that follows is always happy
As the kids open presents, not to shabby
But as quick as it came it passes away
Until next year this very same day

Dont worry next time you will be full of cheer
With a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Santa, i'd like a tv, a car, a house, a million dollars, and last but not least, i'd like to congratulate you on a poem well done
