You wont hurt anymore

by mark   Feb 4, 2007

You're so good at pretending
Everythings fine
I swear this night will be neverending
Holding on to your words, so sublime
What would you do If I told you
In this instance
That I loved you to death
Would you go the distance?
Feeding off the words that the wind blew away
Laying them next to us when we sleep so they decay
But you admit that I'm the first to know
I'm sure that when you hold it to my head
You'll be the first to let go
For your love there is no goodbye..
Just hello and see ya later
Why not go on and I'll catch up..
And your words break my nees
I'm sure you'll be fine
If and when I leave
So you wont hurt anymore.
