WHAM! Goes a locker at Tillicum Middle School
8th graders we were and pretty big fools
Slamming each others lockers, we thought we were so clever
Not realizing how dumb we looked to one another.
9th grade arose and then there was speech class
We laughed and talked and began building a past
Through thick and thin we stuck together
Pretty soon we called ourselves best friends forever.
10th grade comes and we had a tripod of fun
Which failed miserably and left one all alone
We still talked all the time but it wasn'the same
We weren't as close as those days in 9th grade.
We fixed it however and 11th grade came
But one had to switch schools which was pretty lame
Because of the different schools brought us closer as friends
Even though we knew one day it would end.
But for now let's enjoy it and make most of what's here
Because forever is shorter than it may appear.
