Feelings for him

The day we met was beautiful
i was supposed to get married just a few days later.
But what i seen in you that night, changed me.
made me feel something i have never felt before.
i knew in that night that i wasn't going to be getting married.
i liked you from the start, and some how i knew you wasn't like the rest of them.
the thing you said, the way you looked at me, the way you held me, the way you kissed me.
i knew that we would be together, i don't know how i knew. But i did.
i have never in my life felt anything like what he makes me feel.
the way he holds me at night as i lay by his side.
i know that this is where i am supposed to be.
the way he looks at me from across the room. makes my breath still in my lungs.
the way he kisses me as we cuddle on the couch.
makes my heart start to race.
i have felt like something was missing my entire life but up until i met him nothing would fill that void.
