True Love

by Chad   Mar 1, 2007

The unfolding mystery of lies
Tears falling from your eyes
Memories starting to come back
The things that one wants to lack
The last kiss she gave you on the lips
The feeling you get through your fingertips
The cries you once did from above
The time you and her fell in love
Days passing by, now slower than ever
Only thinking about if your going to get back together
You try not to remember some of the things
But the stuff in your life that love brings
You can't sleep at night
Nothing is feeling right
The longer she's without you
The more pain you go through
You finally realize you can't be without her
But when you ask her to come back she says shes not sure
Now your wishing you could change the things that went wrong
As you're flipping through the radio you hear you and her song
And as you hear the song play you start to cry
Only wondering and thinking why
The only thing to do now is ask for her back again
You wait for her to call you to see if love will win
When she calls your heart starts to beat fast
She says she's sorry and wants you and her to last
When you hear these words you being to cry
Not a cry for sadness but to show that your love will never die
