Heartbreak smiles grimly as it watches you endure a pain so immense

Who would have thought the loss of a loved one could be so intense.

Fighting for love.

You stand there engulfed in sorrow

Yelling all that you have to say to try to keep your loved one from going away.

No words can change their mind no matter what you've said,

No matter how hard you try,

They have turned their back on you and said their final goodbyes.

Do you hear it?

Its the sound of a thousand of knifes;

cutting deeply into hearts.

You feel the pain to be unbareable

And it seems as if you have no reasons left to live,

You pleaded to the judge to not forsake you and let you keep the future mother of your kids.

But your plea is denied for the last time,

You decide to close your case

You wipe the last tears from your eyes

And give the knife a swift embrace.
