Definition of dreams

I was walking alone on the beach
shedding tears to on the sand
then he saw me and tried to reach
for my painful wounded hands

I cried,why does this happen to me?
he didn't say a word,I heard nothing
I tried to hold my tears silently
then he asked why are you crying?

he said I don't know why
but I cared for you
and I don't want to see you cry
because I love you

the next morning
it was five in the morning
I stretched my hand
and noticed it was just a dream.
