Why Love Hurts

by Kevin Pike   Mar 12, 2007

Love is noting but a wonderful thing
In fact it doesn't even have an age nor origin
It is a powerful and resisting force
That if awakens
Can bring two people together in
Beautiful, Surprising lust

But if all of this was not to be
And the love that was so giftedly wrapped
Was vastly dying each passing second
There would be a endless river flow of guilt ridden tears
And surely to be experiencing the pain of ones heart
Being ferociously severed in half
Along with the sound of despair
Screaming for the desperate help of all eternity
To then which
Only the fallen angel could bleed forgiveness
