Grow Old With You

by Weeping Wolf   Mar 15, 2007

(I Want To) Grow Old With You

I wanna stay a while
and grow old with you
give you a wrinkly smile
and grow old with you

Sitting together by the fireplace
I'll remember your young face
Pictures of us along the walls
Picking you back up when you fall

Give you your pills when your in pain
help you up and hand you your cane
with a soft touch and frail kiss
you can soothe away my arthritis

read to you
feed you
need you
when we both forget things.

Whether sick or well
Oh wouldn't it be swell
to grow old with you.
