Stupid Little Girl

I was that stupid little girl
who fell into his lies
i was the stupid girl who
acted as if she would die

now, even without you
i start to smile
knowing i will get through this
and the pain will hurt for only awhile

everyone tries to tell me
that he's worth nothing
but i know in my heart
he was something

he hurted me
but I'm okay
i wasn't stupid enough
to let the pain stay

i will transform into someone better
to defeat his lies
so now i wont have to hear
my own foolish cries
