Six days

by Silent Words   Mar 18, 2007

Six more days,
alright get on with it,
there is no way I can make it through today,
but if you help me,
I might just pull through,
I might just be revived by a simple I love you,
and if you help,
then I can maybe see,
that in just six more days you will be with me,
alright,
now I see,
I see you and me,
and we are together in a room,
awaiting our doom,
as the clock ticks away,
you say stay and I say someday,
the light dims,
now I am back,
I am at home,
but its not the same thing,
its not my home,
I find myself awakening,
now I see,
that there is only one place for me,
and that is in Ohio with my destiny,
my one true love,
my bride to be.
