It hurts

It hurts to lose someone you love
cause of that life can be so harsh and rough

it hurts to be pushed to the ground
and find no one around

now you know how i felt when you met
some one new
you told me straight forward
i don't need you

i cried and cried until my tears were no more
no you come back knelling down on my floor

you kept saying "I'm sorry, i was blind"
i tried to say some thing but in my throat a knot was tied

i told you i have moved on
and you look at me as if carrying something that weighs a ton

"i thought you loved me" your eyes staring with disbelief
that's what i thought too until you filled my heart with grief

i turn away...

leaving my past...

looking forward for the future...

running away very very fast
