Seventeen's an age when love comes easy:
Ecstasy rolls in at a caress.
Very easy to submerge in eyes
Exotic, erotic, excessively impressed.
No point in saying nothing comes that easy:
There's time to work on slowing that caress.
Eventually, love confiscates those eyes,
Entangling joys too deep to be expressed,
Now sweet, secure, and rich, but never easy.
